Lead Pastor - Jeff Haddon

Pastor Jeff serves as the Lead Pastor of Central Assembly of God in Muskegon, Michigan, where he is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth, community outreach, and a deep connection with Christ. With a heart for ministry and a passion for sharing the gospel, Pastor Jeff leads with humility, compassion, and a commitment to seeing lives transformed by the power of God’s Word.

Since joining Central Assembly, Pastor Jeff has focused on cultivating a welcoming church environment, building strong family and community ties, and empowering believers to live out their faith daily. His dynamic preaching style, paired with his genuine care for individuals, makes him a beloved leader and pastor within the congregation.

Whether he is delivering an inspiring Sunday message or engaging in local missions and outreach efforts, Pastor Jeff’s vision for Central Assembly is clear: to be a beacon of hope in Muskegon, where every person can experience the love, grace, and redemption found in Jesus Christ. Outside of ministry, Pastor Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in the Muskegon community, and pursuing opportunities to connect with people from all walks of life.

“Loving God, Loving People, and Serving the World” is the guiding principle under Pastor Jeff’s leadership, as he continues to lead Central Assembly of God in its mission to impact the community and beyond for Christ.

  • Pastor Alex Kirksey

    ASSOCIATE PASTOR | DISCIPLESHIP + OUTREACH

    Alex and his wife Lindsay have been serving in ministry since 2014 as youth pastors in Whitehall and Sterling Heights. Alex has his bachelors degree in Pastoral Leadership from Northpoint College. As infants, Alex and Lindsay were dedicated to the Lord here at Central and view the opportunity to sow into the ministry here as the greatest honor of their lives. Their hearts hurt and get excited for what God wants to do in this city as they not only serve the next generation of the church but strategically engage the community for Jesus. 

  • Pastor Donovan Locke

    OPERATIONS PASTOR | OPERATION + NEXT GEN

    Pastor Donovan grew up right here on the west side in a small town named Fremont, MI. He met Jesus when he was a senior and highschool and his life was never the same. He attended Northpoint Bible College and has been in ministry since 2017. He was a next gen pastor for 7 years before transitioning into the role of a discipleship pastor here at Central. He is passionate about raising resilient disciples, young and old. He enjoys trail riding, camping, listening to country music and hanging out with his family.

  • Pastor Hayley Stephens

    YOUTH PASTOR

    Pastor Hayley grew up in Northern Michigan. She is a graduate of Summit International School of Ministry where she earned a certificate in Ministry Leadership, and is a graduate of Northpoint College, earning an associate’s degree in Ministry Leadership. Prior to her time here at Central Assembly, she served as a NextGen Administrative Assistant for 2 years. Pastor Hayley is passionate to see the next generation come to know Jesus in a life transforming way and to understand the power and grace His Spirit offers to the Christian. She enjoys coffee, exploring new towns, and being outside.

  • Pastor Emily Frizzell

    KIDS PASTOR

    Pastor Emily grew up in metro Detroit and is pursuing her bachelor’s in ministry leadership at Northpoint College. Pastor Emily is passionate about kids experiencing the life-transforming love of Jesus and pursues this through the teachings and practices of spiritual disciplines in the classroom. Pastor Emily's deep love for Jesus shines through in how she cares for each child, making them feel seen, valued and loved. She enjoys learning new things, hiking trails, and beach days.

  • Adriah Locke

    WORSHIP + CREATIVE ARTS DIRECTOR

    Adriah grew up in Fremont, MI, where she met her husband, Pastor Donovan. She attended Northpoint Bible College before her and her husband stepped into full time student ministry for 7 years. Growing up, Adriah joined her church worship team and began building her skill at a young age. As they entered into ministry, she immediately stepped in to help build the worship team and raise up young students to be powerful worshippers. Her and her family transitioned to Central, Where she now oversees the worship and creative arts. She enjoys coffee, reading, being outside and raising her two sweet girls.
